Services of Contractor. During the Term of this Agreement, Contractor agrees to provide seasonal snow removal services on the premises owned or leased by Teton County School District No. 1 (“TCSD Properties”) at Alta Elementary School, as more specifically described in the Snow Removal Services Scope of Work, attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated by reference herein, and as may be modified by written agreement between TCSD and Contractor from time-to-time during the Term of this Agreement. Any and all services, duties, and work to be performed listed herein or on Exhibit A shall be collectively defined as the “Services.”
Services of Contractor. 2.1 The Services that Contractor shall perform are more particularly described in Exhibit “A,” entitled “Scope of Services,” which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
2.2 Contractor shall comply with applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations in the performance of this agreement including, but not limited to State prevailing wage laws.
Services of Contractor. Contractor shall provide Services and Deliverables as specified in Attachment A, ____________, attached hereto and incorporated into this Agreement. Contractor shall provide the Services and Deliverables as specified in Attachment A in a professional and workmanlike manner using commonly accepted means and methods of work in Contractor’s recognized professional industry.
Services of Contractor. During the Term of this Agreement, Contractor agrees to provide seasonal snow removal services for Xxxxxx Mountain Elementary School and Xxxxxxx Elementary School, and roadway sanding on the premises owned or leased by Teton County School District No. 1 (“TCSD Properties”) at Xxxxxxx Elementary School, Xxxxxx Elementary School, Xxxxxx Elementary School, Xxxxxx Mountain Elementary School, Xxxxxxx Hole Middle School, Xxxxxxx Hole High School, and Summit Innovations School, as more specifically described in the Snow Removal Services Scope of Work, attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated by reference herein, and as may be modified by written agreement between TCSD and Contractor from time-to-time during the Term of this Agreement. Any and all services, duties, and work to be performed listed herein or on Exhibit A shall be collectively defined as the “Services.”
Services of Contractor. Services to be provided by Contractor are as follows:
A. Patrols: Scheduled patrols to enforce state and local criminal and civil laws, including WORD regulations relating to glass and foam/polystryrene and the issuance of citations and arrests where appropriate for violations by individuals or businesses whose revenue permits have been revoked or who have not acquired a revenue permit. Reserve patrol Deputies shall begin on May 25, 2018 and end on September 3, 2018. Patrols shall take place on the dates set forth in the Reserve Deputy Patrol Schedule attached as Exhibit “A” and incorporated herein.
B. Law Enforcement: Law enforcement for weekends as needed throughout the contract term with regular patrols to commence on Memorial Day weekend (May 25-28, 2018) and to end on Labor Day weekend (September 3, 2018). Contractor agrees to deploy a sufficient number of law enforcement officers as determined by the Comal County Sheriff or his designee to maintain crowd control. Each regular officer will be paid at one-and-a-half times his regular hourly rate and benefits. Off-season patrols may be added as needed upon agreement of both parties.
Services of Contractor. Contractor agrees to perform the following services, which shall include, but are not limited to: · Researching and locating potential resellers to add to Company’s network; · Making the appropriate presentations and performing due diligence on those candidates; · Signing acceptable candidates to Company’s standard Reseller Agreements; · Ensuring Reseller compliance with the policies and rules set out by Company and VNNIC and upon the terms and conditions for registration of a domain name as per the policies set out of VNNIC’s website at wxx.xxxxx.xxx.xx;
Services of Contractor. Contractor agrees to perform the following services, which shall include, but are not limited to: · Researching and locating potential resellers to add to Company’s network; · Making the appropriate presentations and performing due diligence on those candidates; · Signing acceptable candidates to Company’s standard Reseller Agreements; · Ensuring Reseller compliance with the policies and rules set out by Company and VNNIC and upon the terms and conditions for registration of a domain name as per the policies set out of VNNIC’s website at xxx.xxxxx.xxx.xx; · Managing the Resellers recruited by Contractor; · Providing customer service to the Resellers added to Company’s network for the Initial Term and any extensions thereto; · Performing such other related services as are reasonably requested by Company.
Services of Contractor. During the Term of this Agreement, Contractor agrees to provide consulting and administrative services to TCSD#1 necessary for developing and operating a childcare center for the benefit of TCSD#1 employees, with such services including developing a childcare curriculum and deliverable manuals and materials, managing and operating the childcare facilities, assisting TCSD#1 in hiring staff, supervising staff, and facilitating parental communication and involvement in the childcare program, coordinating substitute coverage for child care with TCSD#1, covering staff breaks and providing administrative services as needed (“Administrative and Consulting Services”). More specific or additional services, duties and work to be performed by Contractor may be outlined on Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated by reference herein, and may be modified by written agreement between TCSD#1 and Contractor from time-to-time during the Term of this Agreement. Any and all services, duties and work to be performed listed in this Paragraph 2 or on Exhibit A shall be collectively defined as the “Services.”
Services of Contractor. During the Term of this Agreement, Contractor agrees to provide nightly (Monday- Friday) professional cleaning and custodial services to TCSD at Xxxxxx Elementary School, Xxxxx Elementary School, Jackson Elementary School, Xxxxxx Elementary School, and Cubs Daycare and (the “Schools”), as more specifically described in Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated by reference herein, and as may be modified by written agreement between TCSD and Contractor from time-to-time during the Term of this Agreement. Any and all services, duties, and work to be performed listed herein or on Exhibit A shall be collectively defined as the “Services.”
