Services of Process. Each party hereto irrevocably consents to service of process in the manner provided for notices in Section 11.1. Nothing in this Agreement will affect the right of any party hereto to serve process in any other manner permitted by applicable law.
Services of Process. Service of process on the Agency shall be made by personal service upon the Chair of the Agency or in such other manner as may be provided by law. Service of process on the Participant shall be by personal service upon its Registered Agent, or in such other manner as may be provided by law. In addition to the methods of service allowed by the State Civil Practice Law & Rules ("CPLR"), Contractor hereby consents to service of process upon it by registered or certified mail, return receipt requested. Service hereunder shall be complete upon Contractor's actual receipt of process or upon the State's receipt of the return thereof by the United States Postal Service as refused or undeliverable. Contractor must promptly notify the State, in writing, of each and every change of address to which services of process can be made. Each party to this Agreement agree that any Service Document in relation to this Agreement must be sent by pre-paid first-class post to the addresses set out at the commencement of this Agreement or to such other address as either party may notify to the other from time to time.
