Services Provided by Third Parties. 8.1 You may from time to time provide internet hyperlinks in KEHK Electronic Trade to internet webpages or services provided by third parties. You may also from time to time permit third parties to make available their services to me/us through KEHK Electronic Trade. I/We hereby acknowledge that such webpages or services provided by third parties are beyond your control and that you neither endorse nor recommend to me/us any such webpages or services and accordingly, I/we agree that any access or use of such websites or services by me/us shall be wholly at my/our own risk.

Services Provided by Third Parties. Zadara may direct Customer to third party products or services, including availability of third-party applications through deployment or implementation tools. ZADARA MAKES NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY WHATSOEVER REGARDING PRODUCTS AND SERVICES THAT ARE NOT PURCHASED FROM ZADARA. Customer's use of any such third-party products and services is governed by the terms of Customer's agreement with the provider of those products and services.
Services Provided by Third Parties. If you ask us to arrange for a service provided by any other person or organisation, we will only act as an agent for you. Any resulting contract is between you and the person or organisation providing the service, unless we specifically agree otherwise. We will treat the person or organisation providing the service as a person visiting you (see clause 12). You must notify us in writing at the time of booking if you intend on using any third party suppliers or services other than us. Examples of such services and suppliers are, but not limited to; entertainment suppliers, discos, venue dressers, acts etc. We must approve the suppliers and you must provide us with their company name, contact name and contact details. Only suppliers that have been authorised by us will be allowed in the venue. We strongly recommend you do not confirm any third party booking prior to approval from us. You are responsible for the actions of your suppliers. Any damage to the venue or its facilities will be assessed after the event and invoiced to you. We do not accept liability for any acts or omissions of any party employed or contracted by you as part of the event, irrespective of any approval given by us. You are responsible to ensure that your suppliers provide copies of electrical testing certificate (if required) and a valid copy of their public liability insurance with a minimum cover of £5,000,000. Suppliers will not be considered for approval until we receive the required documentation. They must also provide any risk assessment should it be requested. Any unauthorised equipment, or equipment not tested or deemed not ‘fit for purpose’ by a member of the management team will be removed and your supplier may be asked to leave the premises.
Services Provided by Third Parties. Customer acknowledges and agrees that, if Customer elects to engage a person other than NetDocuments (or Tikit) to provide services related to the Services, Customer Data or this Agreement, including data conversion, education, installation, application integration or other services, NetDocuments will not be liable for the acts or omissions of such person or for any damages arising out of or resulting from such acts or omissions.
Services Provided by Third Parties. LWI’s role under this agreement is to act as Client’s agent solely for the purpose of arranging certain travel-related services. Client understands and acknowledges that LWI is not a direct provider of any of the services described herein or in any travel itineraries prepared by LWI. The suppliers of such services are third parties unaffiliated with LWI, and these third parties have sole and exclusive responsibility for all aspects of the services provided to Client, including without limitation scheduling, operation and safety of transportation, room availability, luggage or other baggage, and all other aspects of the travel services arranged by, through or on behalf of LWI, including any and all damages, claims and liabilities arising out of any and all occurrences, accidents or incidents that occur in connection with such services, including without limitation all personal injuries, property damage and/or wrongful death.
Services Provided by Third Parties. If any part of the Services for which Empire is responsible under this Agreement is performed by Empire subcontractors or other independent third parties, Empire shall be responsible to assure that such work is in conformance with applicable law and commercially reasonable standards and shall be solely responsible for the payment of all fees, charges and other expenses incurred in connection therewith ("Subcontractor Fees"). Services Provided by Third Parties. 7.1 The Client will seek prior written consent from the University to use any entertainment or services for the Event which will be supplied by a third party. Any such services must comply with all and any statutory codes and regulations. It shall be the responsibility of the Client to ensure that, where applicable, all electrical equipment used has a current Portable Application Test Certificate(s). 7.2 All third party contractors brought into the Venue by the Client must be covered by their own Public Liability Insurance. 7.3 The University reserves the right to object to the Client’s intended use of any third party which the University reasonably considers to be unsuitable and to require the Client to, or to undertake their removal from the Venue and the Event. 7.4 The Client agrees to indemnify the University in full against any claims, costs and expenses incurred by the University as a result of the University granting any consent to the Client under the provisions of Clause 7.1.

Such terms and conditions may concern with important matters including but not limited to charges, surcharges, fees, taxes, no-show circumstances, overbooking by the Third Party Services Providers, check-in time, baggage allowance, scope of services, limitation of liability, etc. 7.3 Before placing the order, the Company (but not CTM Singapore) shall be responsible to check all relevant information and details of the Third Party Services, the Third Party Services Providers and their terms and conditions and satisfy itself thereof. The Company and the Third Party Services Users shall be deemed to have full knowledge and consent to such terms and conditions upon placing the order to CTM Singapore. 7.4 The Company may request for the information and details of the Third Party Services, the Third Party Services Providers and also their terms and conditions before choosing their services. CTM Singapore will use its best endeavour to deliver the Company's request to such Third Party Services Providers. Any information provided to the Company is in turn provided by the Third Party Services Providers. In these circumstances CTM Singapore does not guarantee that all information is accurate, complete, correct or up to date, nor can CTM Singapore be held responsible for any errors, inaccurate, misleading or untrue information or non-delivery of information. The Company may choose not to engage the Third Party Services of the Third Party Services Provider in case of doubt or in case the terms and conditions of the Third Party Services Providers are not acceptable to the Company or the Third Party Services Users. 7.5 Any information or representation (whether from CTM Singapore or not) does not constitute and should not be regarded as CTM Singapore's warranty, guarantee, recommendation or endorsement...
