Services Rendered. At the discretion of the Committee, Shares may be awarded under the Plan in consideration of services rendered to the Company or a Subsidiary. If Shares are awarded without the payment of a Purchase Price in cash, the Committee shall make a determination (at the time of the Award) of the value of the services rendered by the Participant and the sufficiency of the consideration to meet the requirements of Section 6(b).
Services Rendered. Client engaged the nonexclusive services of Employee in 1995\1996 and Employee rendered substantial services to Client over the period as agreed upon.

Services Rendered. Client engaged the nonexclusive services of Employee for the period through July 31, 1999, and Employee has rendered substantial services to Client over the period as agreed upon.
Services Rendered. Unit Prices in accordance with the Bid Response Form In the event additional County Departments or other public entities utilize this contract, invoices are to be sent directly to the Department or entity placing the order.
Services Rendered. Expenses for services rendered by subcontractors, consultants, expert advisors and public utilities, as well as all costs related to services rendered by the Government or any other authorities of the Republic of Côte d’Ivoire. The expenses for services rendered by Affiliated Companies, provided that these costs do not exceed those that would normally be charged by independent companies for the same or similar service taking into account the quality and availability of those services.
Services Rendered. Services rendered by the Administrator will include, without limitation, the following:
(i) with respect to Class PS shares, arranging and paying for the provision of sub-transfer agency, recordkeeping, and related administrative services to retirement plan participants and other investors who hold Class PS shares through an omnibus account; and
(ii) in addition to the class-specific services described in Section 1(b)(i) above, with respect to all classes of shares, (1) processing aggregated purchase and redemption orders for shareholders of record, (2) coordinating operation of the National Security Clearing Corporation’s Fund/SERV system with intermediary platforms, (3) providing information about and processing dividend payments, (4) assisting with the production and distribution of shareholder communications to shareholders of record such as proxies, shareholder reports, dividend and tax notices, (5) preparing tax returns and related documentation, (6) assisting with the production of registration statements, (7) providing assistance with respect to the audits of the Funds, (8) establishing and maintaining certain information about the Shares on the Administrator’s internet site, (9) maintaining of all the Trust’s records as required by the 1940 Act, except for those records to be maintained by the investment adviser under the Investment Management Agreement or by another party under any other agreement with the Trust, (10) preparing and submitting reports to various regulatory agencies, (11) preparing and submitting reports and meeting materials to the Trustees of the Trust and to existing shareholders, including without limitation, annual and semi-annual shareholder reports and quarterly portfolio holdings disclosure reports, (12) supervising, negotiating, and administering contractual arrangements with (to the extent appropriate) and monitoring the performance of, third party accounting agents, custodians, depositories, transfer agents (but not sub-transfer agents, recordkeepers and related administrative service providers described in Section 1(b)(i) above), pricing agents, independent accountants and auditors, attorneys, printers, insurers and other persons in any capacity deemed to be necessary or desirable to Trust or Fund operations, (13) providing direct client service, maintenance and reporting to platform sponsors, retirement plans, and other shareholders of record, such services to include, without limitation, professional and informative r...
Services Rendered. The Practitioner agrees to provide dental care and treatment that is consistent with industry quality standards and the Employer’s standards (“Services”). The Practitioner shall be obligated to perform at least hours per week at the Premises. Practitioner shall not be required to work more than hours per week. At the option of the Practitioner, he or she may work additional hours as agreed upon between the Parties. Practitioner shall always perform their Services to the best of their abilities while following all rules, regulations, statutes, and any of the Employer’s policies.
Services Rendered. During the term of this Agreement, MP Securities agrees to deliver payment for such services or authorize the release of such funds to pay for services rendered by MPIC under this Agreement within ten (10) days of the invoice date. MPIC reserves the right to terminate this Agreement at any time if full payment is not made when due. Should MP Securities require additional administrative services from MPIC that are not included in this Agreement, the fee for any such additional services shall be negotiated and paid separately.
