(a) The Quality Standards are the Human Services Quality Standards.
(b) You may be required to demonstrate or provide evidence that the services comply with the Quality Standards referred to in item 7(a). We will notify You if You are required to demonstrate compliance and how You must demonstrate compliance, which may be through certification, self-assessment or mutual recognition with other current accreditation or certification.
SERVICES TO BE DELIVERED. 2.1 In order to enhance the care provided to any casualties at sea, the littoral area, inland waterways or on land, in the event of a mass casualty incident or an incident requiring specialised care, the MART(s) will undertake to provide, when requested, a team to be transported by Irish Coast Guard SAR helicopter to the location of the incident. The location of incidents may involve transport into difficult and hazardous environments.
2.2 The members of the team will be experienced Advanced Paramedics and/or Paramedics and will be self-sufficient with regards to medical equipment and patient packaging devices.
2.3 All Maritime Response Team members will have undergone the required training and will have access to all of the required personal protective equipment.
2.4 At present, pagers will activate the Maritime Response Team, comprising of six members, and the team will activate within 30 minutes day or night. The National Aeromedical Coordination Centre will contact NMOC, Dublin in the event of the non-availability of the team.
2.5 Team members may be drawn from all over the country, but the Marine Response Teams will be initially located at Dublin.
2.6 The Clinical Indemnity Scheme for clinical indemnity and the State Claims Agency for public liability will cover all MART Team members.
2.7 The team(s) will be demand lead and may or may not be in a position to respond in certain circumstances.
2.8 We are also aware that the Irish Coast Guard is demand driven and may not be able to deliver a service in certain circumstances.
2.9 If the Irish Coast Guard are unable to provide transport of the team, a reason will be given and an estimated time of availability given to the National Aeromedical Coordination Centre. Similarly if a MART were unavailable when requested similar procedures would apply.
SERVICES TO BE DELIVERED. 2.1 UE agrees to provide the Services by reserving the Reserved Capacity on the Secondary Network Path at the Location, in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
2.2 Where fitted by UE, an Auto Changeover Switch will divert electricity supply automatically from the Primary Network Path to the Secondary Network Path.
2.3 Where actual or possible network capacity constraints are identified, UE may require the Reserve Capacity payment to be renegotiated.

The Statement of Work (Attachment 1) includes the delivery schedule for the Deliverables and Services. Contractor will perform the Services in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Contract.

1. Activities the Contractor shall perform: The Contractor shall: Coordinate with the COUNTY NAME HERE DHS and local private agency Xxxxxx Care Licensing Unit to develop, implement, and facilitate monthly Xxxxxx/Adoptive/Kinship Parent Support Group meetings; Organize, plan, and facilitate one (1) monthly support group meeting, which shall last a minimum of two (2) hours in length. Maintain a list of all support group attendees, as well as the topic of discussion at each meeting. Maintain positive group discussions and invite agency staff as needed to resolve any issues and barriers to retaining and supporting xxxxxx/adoptive/kinship families. Contact all new xxxxxx/adoptive/kinship families and invite the families to the support group. Mentor new xxxxxx/adoptive/kinship parents as needed. Advertise the support group meetings to xxxxxx/adoptive/kinship parents in COUNTY NAME HERE; Mail and/or e-mail flyers to xxxxxx/adoptive homes. Place posters in various public places (local DHS office, churches, community halls, stores, etc.). Put meeting information in Xxxxxx Care newsletters. Create and maintain a xxxxxx/adoptive/kinship parent newsletter on a quarterly basis IN COUNTY NAME HERE; Highlight local community resources. Highlight a local xxxxxx/adoptive/kinship family/success story. Highlight a worker and/or organization going above and beyond to support children in xxxxxx care and/or xxxxxx/adoptive/kinship families. Highlight upcoming xxxxxx/adoptive/kinship parent training. Administer a survey quarterly to Xxxxxx/Adoptive/Kinship Support Group members to assess and evaluate the success of the program.
SERVICES TO BE DELIVERED. The Contractor shall:
a. Provide to DHHS copies of all rules, regulations, procedures, and staff relations policies to which the DHHS employee is expected to adhere.
b. Agree to the following expectations:
1) Distribute all DHHS program applications to the assigned DHHS staff for action before distributing to any other entity contracted by the contractor.
2) Provide the assigned DHHS staff access to any medical records needed to determine eligibility for DHHS programs.
3) Follow all DHHS policies for completing and submitting applications and comply with all legal requirements.

SERVICES TO BE DELIVERED. 2.1. Service Provider will provide the services and deliverables (“Deliverables”) described in the Onboarding Services Agreement or Statement of Work attached hereto. Those services are a collection of activities which will be performed during the Term of these Services Terms (the “Services”). Any additional scope or activities that extend beyond the Services will require an additional Referencing Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, the Onboarding Services Agreement or Statement of Work may contain terms and conditions specific to the applicable Services ordered (via a Referencing Agreement) which terms will have no effect on other Professional Services Addenda, Onboarding Services Agreements, or Statement of Work documents.
2.2. At the direction and sole discretion of Service Provider, affiliates of Service Provider (the “Service Provider Affiliates”) may perform certain tasks related to Service Provider’s obligations and rights under the Master Agreement, including, but not limited to, invoicing, payment, technical support, project management and/or sales support. Customer hereby consents to the Service Provider Affiliates' role. Customer further agrees and acknowledges that Service Provider and Customer are the only parties to the the Master Agreement, and that any action taken by Service Provider Affiliates in connection with the performance of Service Provider’s obligations under the Master Agreement will not give rise to any cause of action against the Service Provider Affiliates, regardless of the theory of recovery. Service Provider shall at all times retain full responsibility for its Service Provider Affiliates’ compliance with the applicable terms and conditions of the Master Agreement.
