Servicing and Collection Practices; Escrow Deposits. The origination, servicing and collection practices used with respect to the Mortgage Loan have been in accordance with Accepted Servicing Practices, any applicable laws, rules and regulations and in accordance with the terms of the Mortgage Note, Mortgage and other loan documents, whether such origination and servicing was done by the Company, its affiliates, or any third party which originated the Mortgage Loan on behalf of, or sold the Mortgage Loan to, any of them, or any servicing agent of any of the foregoing. The Company has reported the Mortgagor credit files, if any, to the three credit repositories in a timely manner. With respect to escrow deposits and Escrow Payments, all such payments are in the possession of the Company and there exist no deficiencies in connection therewith for which customary arrangements for repayment thereof have not been made. All Escrow Payments have been collected in full compliance with state and federal law. No escrow deposits or Escrow Payments or other charges or payments have been capitalized under the Mortgage Note;
