Setting New Pay Rates. Upon reclassification to a higher rated job, the employee shall be paid at the next higher rate of pay on the new wage schedule and shall progress on that schedule on normal progression dates. Employees who are granted a job within the same wage schedule shall continue to progress in the wage schedule on normal progression dates.
