Settlement Practices. The Custodian shall provide to each Board the information with respect to custody and settlement practices in countries in which the Custodian employs an Eligible Foreign Custodian described on Schedule C at the time or times set forth on the Schedule. The Custodian may revise Schedule C from time to time, but no revision shall result in a Board being provided with substantively less information than had been previously provided on Schedule C.

Customer understands that when BNY Mellon is instructed to deliver Securities against payment, delivery of such Securities and receipt of payment related to such Securities may not be completed simultaneously and can also be made without payment. Customer assumes full responsibility for all risks involved in connection with BNY Mellon’s delivery of Securities or Cash in accordance with such practices.

The Customer assumes full responsibility for all risks involved in connection with BNY Mellon’s delivery of Securities or Cash in accordance with this Section 6.3 and such practices.

Settlement Practices. Custodian will settle trade orders as instructed by the Customer. Custodian will not be liable or accountable for any act or omission by, or for the solvency of, any broker or agent effecting such transaction.
Settlement Practices. The Custodian shall make available to each Board the information, as reasonably requested by such Board to perform its oversight duties, with respect to custody and settlement practices in countries in which the Custodian employs an Eligible Foreign Custodian.

State Street shall provide to each Board the information with respect to custody and settlement practices in countries in which State Street employs an Eligible Foreign Custodian described on Schedule C at the time or times set forth on the Schedule. State Street may revise Schedule C from time to time, but no revision shall result in a Board being provided with substantively less information than had been previously provided on Schedule C.
