SETTLEMENT TIMELINE. All Smart Contract payment obligations shall be settled within twenty-four hours of their completion, in accordance with Coordinated Universal Time, and shall be settled into the Platform Carrier Wallet, net of fees payable to TessPay in accordance with this Agreement.

SETTLEMENT TIMELINE. The Parties agree to the following timeline for the completion of the Settlement and dismissal of the Action, with the clarification that, if any appeal of the Approval Order is made by any person, no Settlement Payments or attorneys’ fees payments shall be made until all appeals are decided and the case is returned to the District Court, and there is a valid order in place that the Settlement Payments or attorneys’ fees should now be made.
