Seven Day Revocation Period. Executive understands and acknowledges that he may revoke this Agreement at any time within seven (7) calendar days after he signs this Agreement. To revoke this Agreement, Executive must deliver written notification of such revocation to the attention of the Chairman or the Secretary of the Company’s Board of Directors, within seven (7) calendar days after the date that he signs this Agreement. Executive further understands that if he does not revoke this Agreement within seven (7) calendar days following his execution of the Agreement (excluding the date of execution), the Agreement will become effective, binding and enforceable on both Parties.
Seven Day Revocation Period. The Employee acknowledges that Employee may, for a period of seven (7) days following the execution of this Agreement, revoke acceptance thereof. This revocation must be done in writing and delivered to Xxxxxx Laboratories Legal Department before the close of business on the seventh day. This Agreement shall not become effective until the expiration of this seven-day revocation period.

After signing this Agreement, Employee shall have a period of seven (7) calendar days to revoke the Agreement by providing the Company with written notice of his revocation. To be effective, such revocation must be in writing, must specifically revoke this Agreement, and must be received by the Company prior to the eighth calendar day following Employee’s execution of this Agreement. This Agreement shall become effective, enforceable, and irrevocable on the eighth calendar day following Employee’s execution of this Agreement. Any revocation of this Agreement, however, shall not affect the finality of the separation of Employee’s employment with the Company on the Separation Date.
Seven Day Revocation Period. Executive has a period of seven (7) calendar days following the execution and delivery to the Bank of this Waiver and Release (the “Revocation Period”) during which Executive may revoke this Waiver and Release by delivering timely notice of revocation to the Bank. To be effective, any such revocation must be in writing, signed by the Executive and received by the Bank prior to 5:00 p.m. (Eastern) on the last day of the Revocation Period at the following address: Union Bank XX Xxx 000 Xxxxxxxxxxx, XX 00000 Attn: Chairman of the Board ; provided, however, that if the seventh day is not a business day, the Revocation Period shall extend to 5:00 p.m. (Eastern) on the next business day. Once the Revocation Period has expired, this Waiver and Release shall become effective and irrevocable. The Executive understands that if he/she revokes this Waiver and Release during the seven day revocation period, it will be null and void in its entirety, and Executive shall not be entitled to any payment under the CIC Agreement.

Xxxxx further understands that, if he does not so revoke the Agreement, it will become effective, binding, and enforceable as of the eighth day following its execution (excluding the date of execution).

If Employee revokes this Agreement, Employee shall not be eligible to receive any compensation or benefits under this Agreement and the Company shall have no obligations hereunder.
