Common use of Severance Payments upon Covered Termination Clause in Contracts

Severance Payments upon Covered Termination. If Executive experiences a Covered Termination, and if Executive executes a general release of all claims against the Company and its affiliates in substantially the form provided by the Company attached hereto as Exhibit A (the “Release of Claims”) that becomes effective and irrevocable within sixty (60) days, or such shorter period of time specified by the Company, following such Covered Termination, then, in addition to any accrued obligations payable under Section 4(b) above, the Company shall provide Executive with the following:

If Executive experiences a Covered Termination, and if Executive executes a general release of all claims against the Company and its affiliates in a form substantially the form provided by the Company similar to that attached hereto as Exhibit Ex. A (the “Release of Claims”) that becomes effective and irrevocable within sixty (60) days, or such shorter period of time specified by the Company, following such Covered Termination, then, in addition to any accrued obligations payable under Section 4(b3(b) above, the Company shall provide Executive with the following:
