Sexual. Dysfunctions Health care services related to sexual dysfunctions, except services approved by us and necessary for the treatment of a condition arising out of organic dysfunctions, are NOT covered. (i.e., Therapeutic services will be covered when the cause of the dysfunction is physiological, not psychological.) This agreement does NOT cover sildenafil citrate (e.g., Viagra) or any therapeutic equivalents.
