Common use of SHARED EXPENSE OF ARBITRATION Clause in Contracts

SHARED EXPENSE OF ARBITRATION. Each of the parties hereto will bear the expenses of the nominee appointed to represent it and the parties will jointly in equal shares bear the expenses, if any, of the Chairperson of the Arbitration Board and the cost of the room or rooms in which the arbitration is held.
