Common use of Shareholder Indebtedness and Receivables Clause in Contracts

Shareholder Indebtedness and Receivables. On or prior to Closing, the Shareholders shall cause to be paid in full in cash all accounts payable, notes payable and advances payable by any Shareholder to the Company and the Company shall pay in full in cash all accounts payable, notes payable and advances payable by the Company to any Shareholder.
