Respond to all inquiries from Company shareholders or otherwise answer communications from Company shareholders if such inquiries or communications are directed to the Administrator. If any such inquiry or communication would be more properly answered by one of the agents listed in Section 1.3. above, the Administrator will coordinate, as needed, the provision of their response.
