Shareholder Voting Agreements. The Shareholder Voting Agreements shall have been executed and delivered by each Person listed on Schedule 5.01(i) hereof and shall be in full force and effect.
Shareholder Voting Agreements. The Sentient Entities shall have received executed Shareholder Voting Agreements from Xxxxxxxxxx X. Mars, as Trustee of the Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Mars Trust dated February 5, 1975, as amended (the "Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Mars Trust") and the directors of AmerAlia satisfactory in form and substance to the Sentient Entities. The Sentient Entities shall have also received an executed Agreement to Share Proceeds from the Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Mars Trust satisfactory in form and substance to the Sentient Entities.
Shareholder Voting Agreements. In connection with the execution of this Agreement, Seller shall cause shareholders holding at least a majority of Seller’s shares to execute the Shareholder Voting Agreement in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B.
Shareholder Voting Agreements. Each of the Signing Shareholders has executed and delivered to Parent the Shareholder Agreement in the form of Exhibit E. 2.27
Shareholder Voting Agreements. Concurrently with the execution and delivery of this Agreement, FAHC and Bank agree to cause each of their directors to execute and deliver a Shareholder Voting Agreement in the form attached hereto as Exhibit 3 (“Shareholder Voting Agreement”).

Shareholder Voting Agreements. Concurrently with the execution and delivery of this Agreement, AFI and Anderen Bank agree to cause each of their directors to execute and deliver a Shareholder Voting Agreement in the form attached hereto as Exhibit 3 (“Shareholder Voting Agreement”).
Shareholder Voting Agreements. Bancorp shall have received from each director of AFI and Anderen Bank the Shareholder Voting Agreement in the form of Exhibit 3.
Shareholder Voting Agreements. Stig Xxxxxxxxxxx xxxll have entered into a voting agreement in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Purchasers as contemplated by the last sentence of Section 4.18(a).
Shareholder Voting Agreements. As of the Signing Date, Seller shall cause those shareholders of FC listed on Schedule 5.26 ("Required Shareholders") to have entered into Shareholder Voting Agreements with Purchaser in the form of Exhibit H ("Voting Agreements"), which Required Shareholders are all of the officers and directors of FC and own in the aggregate 29.0177% of the outstanding capital stock of FC, plus additional shares allocated to the Required Shareholders stock account under the ESOP. In addition, Seller shall use Seller's reasonable best efforts, subsequent to the Signing Date, to cause the other shareholders of Seller (excluding the ESOP and the Required Shareholders) to enter into Voting Agreements with Purchaser, prior to any vote of the shareholders of FC approving the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.
