Common use of Shift Work Clause in Contracts

Shift Work. 10B.01A In the event that shift work is instituted, such shift work shall be scheduled between Sunday Midnight and Friday Midnight and shall continue for at least three (3) consecutive work days, excluding Saturday, Sunday and designated holidays (the above shall not apply to concrete pours that are scheduled for more than sixteen (16) hours).
