Shifts Overlapping Two (2) Days. A) In the case of a shift worker that works an overlapping shift which begins on one day and ends on the next shall, for credit purposes of the designated holiday, be paid on the basis of a full shift to the employee that has the majority of the shift falling on the designated holiday.
