Shifts Overlapping Two (2) Days. In the case where a shift begins on one day and ends on the next and the shift where the majority of hours fall on a designated holiday, then that full shift shall be deemed to have fallen on the designated holiday for the purposes of 17.03, 17.04, 17.05 and 17.06.
