Shipment Instructions. SolarMax shall furnish written shipping instructions to SunSpark from time to time, and such shipping instructions, if different from the last shipping instructions provided by SolarMax to SunSpark, shall take effect no earlier than five (5) Business Days after receipt of such written instructions by SunSpark.

The goods being shipped shall be considered to be in apparent good order and condition, unless otherwise indicated by CARRIER or receiver on the xxxx of lading.

Conergy shall furnish written shipping instructions to MEMC from time to time, and such shipping instructions, if different from the last shipping instructions provided by Conergy to MEMC, shall take effect no earlier than ten (10) Business Days after receipt of such written instructions by MEMC. MEMC shall pack and ship Wafers in accordance with then-current industry standards and practice.

At the time each shipment is received by Carrier from Broker’s customer, Carrier is responsible for insuring that the container is not leaning, damaged and is otherwise in line with any applicable safety standards, unless tendered to Carrier in a pre-loaded, sealed trailer, in which case Carrier shall note the seal numbers on the xxxx of lading or receipt. The container being shipped shall be considered to be in apparent good order and condition, unless otherwise indicated by Carrier or receiver on the xxxx of lading.
Shipment Instructions. 8.1. Shipment of the Goods shall be performed according to the Buyer's instructions only after adjustment of the relevant invoice. The Vendor shall indicate in shipment reports: - place of shipment; - place of destination; - customs of destination; - consignee; - shipper; - Contract number; - series and quantity of the excise labels for each title of the Goods; - number of purchasing order for excise labels; - title and quantity of the Goods (pallet, place, bottle); - gross and net weight.

The HPA Unit (in case of Loan) and Core Unit (in case of Exchange) must be returned to according to the following instructions: The shipping documents must reflect the given HPA Reference. Loan/Core Units are to be returned to HPA via prepaid freight (DAP HPA facility). HPA reserves the right to invoice additional handling charges of 250 EUR in case of non agreed return location.
