Short Term Duty With Pay. Any individual employed by the Broward County Public Schools who is a member of the United States Military Reserve or the National Guard shall be entitled to leave of absence from his/her respective duties without loss of pay when he/she is ordered to active duty by the appropriate unit, provided:
