Common use of Shortfalls in the Pre-Funding Special Reserve Amount Clause in Contracts

Shortfalls in the Pre-Funding Special Reserve Amount. If applicable, an amount equal to the lesser of (A) the Pre-Funding Special Reserve Amount Shortfall and (B) the sum of any remaining Series Finance Charge Collections and any remaining Series Additional Allocable Amounts shall be withdrawn from the Series Collections Account and deposited into the Pre-Funding Special Reserve Account. The Pre-Funding Special Reserve Amount Shortfall shall be reduced by the amount of such deposit.
