The last shuttle bus of the day will depart the Yarmouth Road lot 15 minutes prior to the last scheduled ferry of the day.

HYANNIS PERMIT AVAILABILITY Currently there are no Hyannis Main parking permits available. Customers that have ADA placards/plates will have the option to buy a Hyannis Onsite parking Permit.
SHUTTLE BUS SERVICE. (a) The Contractor shall provide at its cost and expense a shuttle bus service to transport its rental car customers between the Main Terminal and the Contractor's Ready/Return and Service Facility Area. The Contractor may elect to provide such shuttle bus system individually or in common with other contractors. In the event the Contractor elects to provide for a common shuttle bus service jointly with one or more other on-Airport rental car concessionaires, the common shuttle bus service may be provided and operated by one or more of the concessionaires, or by a contractor selected by the rental car companies and approved by the Airports Authority. The specifications for any busses used in service at the Airport shall be subject to the prior written approval by the Airports Authority. The Contractor may provide its corporate name and logo and its corporate bus paint scheme. Should the Contractor represent more than one rental car brand, its shuttle buses may be painted to identify each brand it offers under this Contract. No advertising, other than the Contractor’s corporate name and logo shall be placed on any shuttle busses operating at the Airport. (b) The Contractor shall be responsible for maintaining its shuttle bus vehicles in good operating condition and shall immediately remove from service and repair or have repaired any vehicle that is damaged or has a defect that would affect the safety of passengers or others. The Contractor shall be responsible for maintaining and keeping in good operating condition the air conditioning, heating units, and pollution control systems within its shuttle bus vehicles. All busses operated by the Contractor shall be titled and licensed in the Commonwealth of Virginia and shall be subject to all local, State, and federal inspection requirements of the Commonwealth of Virginia. The Contractor shall comply at all times with the Airports Authority approved shuttle bus routes. The Contractor agrees to regulate and control the frequency and curbside dwell time of its shuttle bus vehicles in accordance with any reasonable written directives issued by the Airport Manager. (c) The Airports Authority has implemented an Automatic Vehicle Identification (AVI) system in its various ground transportation modes and will require the Contractor to equip each of its shuttle buses with an AVI reader tag, to be installed within thirty (30) days after the date of written notice from the Airports Authority. SHUTTLE BUS SERVICE. Airport Customers will be transported between the Terminal Building and the ConRAC exclusively on a common Shuttle Bus Service provided by the TRUST. Airport Customers of all Rental Car Brands will be required to use the common Shuttle Bus Service. No On Airport RACs will be permitted at any time under any circumstances to use its own transportation system, contract with a third party transportation system, use vouchers, use its rental vehicles to pick up or drop off customers at the Terminal Building or elsewhere at the Airport, or to otherwise circumvent the Shuttle Bus Service to obtain Airport Customers.

When a satellite lot is open, such as the Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx Lot, only two buses will be assigned to cover the Xxxxxx Avenue Lot. All guaranteed times prior to an outgoing ferry will be met. XXXXX HOLE PERMIT AVAILABILITY Currently there are no Xxxxx Hole parking permits available. We do not anticipate any Xxxxx Hole Permits becoming available in the near future due to the ongoing Xxxxx Hole Terminal construction. If space does become available, Xxxxx Hole permits will be offered to customers based on their transponder activity. Permit holders that use the parking lot more frequently will be asked first. There is no waiting list.

SHUTTLE BUS SERVICE. The Authority currently operates a common on-Airport shuttle bus operation between Garage A and the terminals. The Authority shall provide alternate bussing services in the event of a strike or labor dispute. The Authority, at its’ sole discretion, reserves the right to suspend or eliminate common bussing services to the garages. In the event the Authority eliminates the on-Airport shuttle bus operation, the Authority will work with the rental car Contractor’s for the establishment of a third-party common rental car shuttle bussing contractor. The Authority at its expense shall provide signage on the Authority's shuttle buses and at the Terminal Building customer curbside pickup and drop off areas sufficient to identify that bus service transports rental car patrons. The Authority and the Contractor shall consult from time to time to discuss complaints and/or service issues regarding the Authority's bussing operation.

SHUTTLE BUS SERVICE. The operation and service of providing free airport shuttle buses to transport passengers and employees to and from locations at ANC including the passenger terminal buildings, the parking facilities, and other locations as may be described by the State at ANC.
SHUTTLE BUS SERVICE. Parking Operator shall operate a trunk-to-trunk shuttle bus service as part of the IAH ecopark operations. The shuttle bus service shall provide transport of customers between the IAH ecopark Facilities and all passenger terminals at IAH or as may be directed by the Director. Parking Operator's buses, not in use, may be parked at the IAH ecopark Facilities, or as may be directed by the Director. Parking Operator shall monitor and assess the shuttle bus usage and recommend to the Director when the number of buses should be increased or decreased. The Director may, in his sole discretion, add, reduce, alter, eliminate, and relocate shuttle bus routes and stops. Parking Operator shall make shuttle buses available for irregular operations (terminal train service disruptions, hard stand parking of aircraft, etc.) and miscellaneous city- wide tours as directed by the Director.

Subject to such reasonable rules and regulations as Sublandlord may establish from time to time, in accordance with and subject to the provisions of this Article 34, if not otherwise provided by a governmental or municipal authority, Subtenant and the employees of Subtenant shall have the right to use, in common with other subtenants, occupants and others, Sublandlord provided shuttle bus service to the Stamford transportation center provided during morning and evening rush hours on Business Days. 34.2. Subject to force majeure, if such shuttle bus service is not operational for any reason not caused by Subtenant and such conditions continue for a period beyond thirty (30) consecutive days, and such service is not otherwise provided by a governmental or municipal authority, as Subtenant’s sole remedy for failure to provide such service, Subtenant’s Base Rent shall xxxxx and be reduced for the duration of such conditions (i.e. so long as a shuttle bus shall not be provided in accordance with this Article 34) by a prorated amount equal to $1.00 per square foot per year.
