Sick Leave Bank Donations. The employee leave committee will determine the number of sick leave days each participant must contribute in order to join or to keep the bank solvent. It will be the responsibility of the employee leave committee to notify the superintendent of schools and the co-presidents of the Blackfoot Education Association fifteen (15) days prior to such assessment.
