Common use of Sign-On Cash Bonus Clause in Contracts

Sign-On Cash Bonus. Executive shall receive a one-time cash bonus in an amount equal to $200,000 payable (i) 50% on the Company’s first regularly scheduled payroll date following the Commencement Date and (ii) 50% on the first anniversary of the Commencement Date, in each case, subject to Executive’s continued employment with the Company through the applicable payment date.

Sign-On Cash Bonus. Subject to Executive commencing employment with the Company on the Start Date, Executive shall receive a one-time cash signing bonus in an amount equal to $200,000 110,000, which shall be payable within thirty (i30) 50% on the Company’s first regularly scheduled payroll date days following the Commencement Date and (ii) 50% on the first anniversary of the Commencement Start Date, in each case, subject to Executive’s continued employment with the Company through the less all applicable payment datewithholdings.

Sign-On Cash Bonus. Upon execution of this agreement, Executive shall receive be entitled to a one-time cash bonus in an amount equal to Cash Bonus of one million five hundred thousand dollars ($200,000 1,500,000), payable (i) 50% on the Company’s first regularly scheduled payroll date following the Commencement Date and (ii) 50% on the first anniversary within 30 days of the Commencement Date, in each case, subject to date on which Executive’s continued employment with the Company through the applicable payment datecommences.

Executive shall receive a one-time cash bonus in an amount equal to $200,000 10,000 payable (i) 50% on the Company’s first regularly scheduled payroll date following the Commencement Date and (ii) 50% on the first anniversary of the Commencement Date, in each case, subject to Executive’s continued employment with the Company through the applicable payment date.
