Sign Removal for Maintenance. Landlord shall have the right at any time and from time to time to remove any sign (interior or exterior) in order to paint or make repairs or alterations to the Premises. Landlord shall have the right to charge Tenant for all costs incurred by Landlord to remove Tenant’s signs at the termination or earlier expiration of this Lease and to restore the areas affected by such sign removal to a condition which is compatible with the remainder of the Premises, in Landlord’s reasonable discretion.
