Signage and Graphics. Manager shall maintain and post signage (a) that is required by any Laws, or (b) that is prudent, or appropriate to facilitate vehicular and pedestrian circulation throughout the Parking Facility and to allow for enforcement of parking space restrictions and any applicable regulations. Manager shall post temporary signage that is required by any Laws or that is reasonably needed to warn patrons of nonfunctional equipment and hazards. City shall have the right to approve any such signage. Manager will perform the housekeeping and preventative maintenance services described in the NPA Manual for signs and graphics, pages 15, 26 and 34, in accordance with the Housekeeping and Maintenance Schedule. Manager will maintain, repair, and replace the signage and graphics as necessary.

Signage and Graphics. For so long as Tenant is a tenant at the Property, Tenant shall have the right to use its signs and logo in a size, type and location on the Premises approved by Landlord. Landlord shall take necessary action to assure that signs and logos for all buildings listed in Exhibit “A” are generally uniform in size and consists of similar materials. Signage and Graphics. Landlord and Tenant agree that throughout the Term and any Renewal Terms of this Lease, Tenant and its permitted subtenants, and assignees shall be provided with space on Building lobby directory(s) equal to ONE LINE PER FIVE HUNDRED (500) square feet of net rentable area of the Premises. Landlord shall not impose a charge or fee for future changes or additions as may be reasonably required from time to time.
Signage and Graphics. Tenant shall have an exterior sign at a prominent location on the third level of the Building on both the north and the east side. At the commencement of the Lease Term, Landlord shall provide and install, at Tenant's cost (subject to the Finish Allowance), signage in the Building lobby to take advantage of the stair between the lobby and the second floor. Any change to such signage requested by Tenant and approved by Landlord shall be installed by Landlord at Tenant's sole cost. All such letters and numerals shall be in the standard graphics for the Building and no others shall be used or permitted on the Premises. Tenant's interior signs will be consistent with the signs of other tenants in the Complex and Tenant's exterior signs will be comparable to other first class, professional signs located along North MoPac Expressway, Austin, Texas; provided that both interior and exterior signs will be subject to Landlord's approval, which will not be unreasonably withheld. Tenant agrees to comply with Landlord's signage guidelines. Tenant shall be solely responsible for obtaining all required municipal approvals for such signage, provided, however, that Landlord will cooperate with Tenant in applying for and obtaining such permits (at no cost or expense to Landlord). Upon the expiration or earlier termination of this Lease, Tenant shall at its sole expense remove all of such signage and repair any damage resulting from the installation or removal of such signage.
