Common use of Signatory Review Clause in Contracts

Signatory Review. The Authority shall provide the treatment plans to the MOA signatories and MOA concurring parties for a 30-day review and comment period. Based on comments received, treatment plans will be revised and resubmitted for a final 30-day review. If the MOA signatories and/or MOA concurring parties fail to comment within 30-days of receiving the treatment plan, the Authority shall confirm with the MOA signatories and/or MOA concurring parties that no comments will be made and may then proceed with the undertaking. Treatment plans can be amended by the Authority without amending the MOAs. Disputes will be resolved in accordance with the Dispute Resolution clause in Stipulation XVII.A.
