SIMILAR BUSINESS. The Target or recipient of such Investment is involved in the same general type of business activities as the Borrower and the Restricted Subsidiaries or activities complementary, ancillary or reasonably related thereto;
SIMILAR BUSINESS. In consideration of the Award, during the Employment and for a term of twelve (12) months after the Termination Date, the Participant shall not, directly or indirectly, engage in Similar Business services or activities within the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico; provided, that nothing herein shall prohibit the Participant from being a passive owner of not more than 5% of the outstanding stock of any class of a corporation which is publicly traded so long as the Participant has no active participation in the business of such corporation.

SIMILAR BUSINESS. During the Employment Term and during the one-year period thereafter, the Executive will not directly or indirectly own, manage, be employed by, engage in, carry on, or be connected in any like manner with any other business similar to the type of business conducted by the Company within 100 miles of any office or job site of the Company within its trade territory, or engage in any other conduct which would interfere with or disrupt the operations of the Company.
SIMILAR BUSINESS. All policies of title, fire, liability, casualty, business interruption, workers' compensation and other forms of insurance including, but not limited to, directors and officers insurance, held by the Company and its Subsidiaries, are in full force and effect in accordance with their terms. Neither the Company nor any of its Subsidiaries is in default in any material respect under any provisions of any such policy of insurance and no such Person has received notice of cancellation of any such insurance.
