Simulators. During the original term and any renewals, various optional Service Agreements are available for purchase that provide additional services in addition to the Standard or Extended Warranties.
Simulators. Licensee shall have at least four (4) Simulators on display at each Entertainment Store and offered for use to prospective customers of the Entertainment Store.
Simulators. On the date hereof, the Simulators are located at a Site which the Company sub-leases on a month-to-month basis; the Company intends to remove the Simulators to a new Site (subject to satisfaction of the terms and conditions of the definition of "Site" in Section 1.01 of this Security Agreement) during the term of this Security Agreement. The Simulators are movable equipment capable of being so moved from one Site to another.

Simulators. Pokegama Golf Course has two Trackman Golf Simulators (hereinafter referred to as the “Simulators”) that have been installed in the clubhouse dining room as of November 2021. The City of Grand Rapids desires that the Concessionaires collect the fees for the hourly rental of both Simulators. The Concessionaires will be responsible for staffing the operation during business hours that are mutually agreed upon by Concessionaires and PGC Director of Golf (hereinafter referred to as the “DOG”). The Simulators’ hourly rate charge will be determined by the DOG. In exchange for the staffing of the operation the Concessionaires will receive payment of $15 for each hour the simulators are open for business. The DOG will monitor use of the Simulators and report any discrepancies to the Concessionaires and City Finance Department. The Simulator rental fees, minus the $15 hourly operator fees, will be paid weekly to the City of Grand Rapids/Pokegama Golf Course by the Concessionaires. Actual daily hours of business shall be reported with the weekly summary of operations to the DOG by the Concessionaires. The DOG and Concessionaires will work together to market the simulators with related expenses to be paid by City of Grand Rapids/Pokegama Golf Course.
Simulators. The Contractor shall develop simulator(s) in accordance with the requirements agreed to in the Analysis and Simulation Plan. The simulator(s) shall be used for formal test activities as agreed to in the System Integration and Test Plan. The simulators shall be capable of run times that allow for rapid turn around of Confidential treatment has been requested for portions of this exhibit and such portions have been filed separately with the Commission. The copy filed herewith omits the information for which confidential treatment has been requested and replaces it with [***].
Simulators. (i) Seller will cause its pilot training vendor, Friendship Simulation Company ("FSC"), to provide Purchaser with "dry" simulator time at a guaranteed hourly rate of US$*******. Seller shall cause FSC to accept payment for the use of its simulators directly from Seller. If Purchaser does not use the FSC facility for pilot training, Purchaser shall be entitled to cause its own 328Jet simulator provider to direct xxxx Seller for any pilot training and Seller shall pay for such training, or shall reimburse Purchaser for training amounts paid by Purchaser, up to the total of the cash equivalent value for pilot training for all Aircraft. Purchaser shall have the right to audit simulator provider invoices and direct Seller not to pay any disputed amounts.

TerreStar Satellite Base Station Subsystem SOW Integration and Test Plan. The simulators shall be capable of run times that allow for rapid turn around of scenarios that facilitate a thorough engineering analysis and design optimization effort. In addition, TerreStar intends to use the simulator(s) after delivery for troubleshooting, verification of new system upgrades, and traffic loading analysis.

The Simulator rental fees, which include sales tax, minus the $15 hourly operator fees, and the 2% credit card fees will be paid weekly to the City of Grand Rapids/Pokegama Golf Course by the Concessionaires. The City of Grand Rapids/Pokegama Golf Course will be responsible for paying sales tax collection on simulator fees. Actual daily hours of business shall be reported with the weekly summary of operations to the DOG by the Concessionaires. The DOG and Concessionaires will work together to market the simulators with related expenses to be paid by City of Grand Rapids/Pokegama Golf Course.
Simulators. 1. A PFE will be afforded two (2) hours simulator time prior to his check-ride for training and familiarization with the simulator.
