Singular and Plural, etc Where the context so requires, words importing the singular number include the plural and vice versa, and words importing gender shall include the masculine, feminine and neuter genders.
Pronouns and Plurals Whenever the context may require, any pronoun used in this Agreement shall include the corresponding masculine, feminine or neuter forms, and the singular form of nouns, pronouns and verbs shall include the plural and vice versa.
Gender and Use of Singular and Plural All pronouns shall be deemed to refer to the masculine, feminine, neuter, singular or plural, as the identity of the party or parties or their personal representatives, successors and assigns may require.
Singular and Plural References to the singular include the plural and vice versa.
Gender and Plurals Wherever the context so requires, the masculine gender includes the feminine or neuter, and the singular number includes the plural and conversely.
Severability; Titles and Subtitles; Gender; Singular and Plural; Counterparts; Facsimile (a) In case any provision of this Agreement shall be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall not in any way be affected or impaired thereby.
Capitalized Terms; Interpretive Provisions (a) Capitalized terms used herein that are not otherwise defined shall have the meanings ascribed thereto or incorporated by reference in the Sale and Servicing Agreement, the Trust Agreement or the Indenture, as the case may be. HEADINGS; SINGULAR/PLURAL The headings of this Agreement are for convenience of reference and shall not form part of, or affect the interpretation of, this Agreement. Whenever required by the context of this Agreement, the singular shall include the plural and masculine shall include the feminine.
