SITE VENDORS. Caterer: Bring your own caterer. If you do not have one, Yourspace4today can recommend one. Your catering company is responsible for the set-up, break-down and clean-up of the catered site. Please allow appropriate time for break-down and clean-up to meet the contracted timelines. All event trash must be disposed of in the designated areas at the conclusion of the event. ALL vendors must adhere to the terms of our guidelines, and it is the Customer’s responsibility to share these guidelines with them. This area can seat up to 40 guests. There is a bathroom inside. Please bring your own paper towels, tissue and handsoap. The type of tissue is Sewer safe (CAMICO) ultra soft that can be purchase on Amazon. Please no paper towel in the commode. If this is a kid event, please make sure an adult or parent is with them all the time to make sure they do not place items, paper towels in the sink or commode to avoid damage. Open space. Please make sure that nothing is placed in the sink that will cause damage. If you bring tables and chairs, make sure they are removed. No decorations, spray paint, tents are allowed. Decoration is allowed on the chairs and Gazebo example: balloons//streamers are allowed. No Tents. No Inflatable (Bounce Houses, Jumpers, Moon Bounce, Moon Walks). Make sure there is no beer cans/bottle or paper left in the yard. Yourspace4today does not accept any responsibility for damage to or loss of any articles or property left at Yourspace4today prior to, during or after the event. The Customer(s) agrees to be responsible for any damage done to the Yourspace4today venue by the Customer(s), his guests, invitees, employees or other agents under the Customer(s) control. SITE VENDORS. Caterers: The Coffee House does not have a full commercial kitchen. The equipment behind the bar, in our kitchen and in any of the closets are not available to the Customer, Customer’s invitees, guests, agents and sub-contractors. The Customer is responsible to express these conditions to any caterers they hire for their event. The Customer must ensure that the caterer hired has the required liability insurance.
