  • Cutting, Patching, and Fitting The Contractor shall do all cutting, patching, and fitting of the Work that may be required to make its several parts come together properly and fit.

  • Aggravating and Mitigating Factors The penalties in this matter were determined in consideration of all relevant circumstances, including statutory factors as described in CARB’s Enforcement Policy.
