Smoking and Vaping. 25.1 Employees shall not smoke or vape in state buildings or in state-owned pool vehicles. An employee may not smoke or vape in the state-owned vehicle that is assigned to him/her. 25.2 Employees shall not smoke or vape while on duty and in contact with the public.

25.3 Upon request and subject to the reasonable operating needs of the Employer and applicable statutes, the Employer will attempt to provide an outdoor covered area for smoking.
