SMOKING REGULATIONS. The Premises and the Residence are designated non-smoking areas. Smoking of any substance, within the Premises or anywhere else in the Residence is strictly prohibited. Smoking is also prohibited within ten (10) meters of doors, windows and fresh air intakes of Residences. Pursuant to University of Alberta policy, these smoking regulations also apply to e-cigarettes.
SMOKING REGULATIONS. All events must be in compliance with the Smoke Free Ontario Act. Smoking is prohibited within 20 metres of children’s playgrounds and public sports fileds and surfaces at all times. Smoking is also prohibited in and around any area where food or beverages are served. At the Bracebridge Sportsplex, smoking or Ecigarettes/Vaporizers are prohibited anywhere on Town or Trillium Lakelands District School Board(TLDSB) property due to TLDSB’s NO SMOKING policy. There are butt out stations located at the sidewalk on Clearbrook Trail. Smoking or Ecigarettes/Vaporizers are prohibited on or within 20 metres of any point of the edge of any playground, sportsfield, sport hard surface or spectator area. At all other Town owned facilities smoking or Ecigarettes/Vaporizers are prohibited anywhere inside the facility or within 20 meters outside of the facility. There are 20m site maps available upon request for Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx Park, Gostick Park, Xxxxxx Xxxxx Park, Xxxx Park, Memorial Park, Skatepark and Xxxxx Fields. SMOKING REGULATIONS. A. Ironton City Schools are smoke and tobacco free.
SMOKING REGULATIONS. All persons attending the function(s) specified by this Rental Permit must observe No Smoking Regulations where applicable. There is “No Smoking” permitted in Town owned facilities as written in By-law No. 2003- 0050. No person shall smoke within nine (9) metres from any entrance or exit of a municipally owned or leased building as written in Halton Region By-law No. 24-09.
SMOKING REGULATIONS. All University of Saskatchewan's Residences, including the Premises, are designated as non-smoking areas. Smoking is also prohibited within ten meters of doors, windows and fresh air intakes of Residences. Smoking is subject to the University of Saskatchewan smoking policy.
SMOKING REGULATIONS. SECTION 23.1 Smoking is prohibited on Company Property at all Facilities except in designated areas.
SMOKING REGULATIONS. As per RLPL’s Policy, Smoking is prohibited at all times: • on main deck, open decks and mooring stations; • in bed; and • inside the engine spaces, including workshops, steering compartment and stores. Furthermore, smoking is not permitted during bunkering operations, in the vicinity of bunker tanks vents and in any other dangerous areas established by the Master. Safe and Correct disposal of cigarettes ends is essential. Smoking or Non-Smoking areas, as appropriate, should be identified and clearly marked. Suitable ashtrays should be provided at the designated smoking areas. Electronic cigarettes are also considered a source of ignition and therefore they should not be used in any hazardous area.
SMOKING REGULATIONS. Employees are strictly prohibited from smoking in any Board building or on any Board vehicle. Employees may only smoke on school grounds outside of the buildings in one designated area per building. The designated area shall be agreed to by the Superintendent or designee and one union representative from each building. No smoking is allowed at any time in the view of students or enrollees.
SMOKING REGULATIONS. For the safety and consideration of all our residents, all of the residence buildings are smoke free. Further, use of prohibited substances such as marijuana will be dealt with under both University regulations as well as federal statutes. Use of substances such as marijuana is strictly prohibited both by federal statue and by the terms of this Contract. The University will address infractions of this nature expeditiously and with no tolerance.
C.2.1. All University buildings, which include the residence buildings and the Residence Commons Building, are smoke free. Smoking by any means including use of e-cigarettes and hookahs (water pipes) are prohibited. In addition, smoking is not permitted within 10 metres of any campus building entrance/exit door, building air intake or exhaust or opened window.
C.2.2. Possession and use of controlled or prohibited substances (e.g. marijuana) or drug paraphernalia (e.g. bong) for the purpose of use, distribution or sale is strictly prohibited. The Department reserves the right to confiscate prohibited substances and drug related paraphernalia.
C.2.3. When staff detect the distinctive odour of tobacco, including shisha, or marijuana in areas of residence where smoking is prohibited, it will be assumed that smoking, and therefore a breach of the contract, has occurred. Disciplinary actions will follow and may include assessment of a $250 penalty.
SMOKING REGULATIONS. No smoking including but not limited to vaping, cigarettes, cigars, etc. is permitted within the enclosed tent or within 40 feet of the tent. A designated smoking area is arranged under the side awning of the Yorkville Marketplace. Animals/pets are not permitted in the enclosed tent as an Exhibitor. We do provide Wi-Fi at the Yorkville Marketplace for vendors and guests. You will be presented with the guest login and password along with your check-in package upon arrival.
