Social Insurance. Following the related national and local social insurance law, Party A shall pay social insurance fee on behalf of Party B; Party A shall deduct from Party B’s salary the individual payment part for the social security fee. Upon the termination of the contract, Party A shall perform relevant social insurance procedure for Party B. Any other benefits shall be based on relevant policies and regulations by the national and local government.

Social Insurance. In the case of an internship in Switzerland, the Host Company must pay the compulsory social insurance contributions for any remuneration of the internship. In the case of an internship abroad, the Company shall calculate these contributions in accordance with the legislation in force in the country concerned. Foreign students registered at EPFL with a valid student permit may do a full-time paid internship, provided that the internship is an integral part of their studies and subject to an authorisation issued by the labour market authorities. - For students from non-European countries or countries which do not subscribe to the principle of mobility, the Host Company must ask the competent labour market authorities for permission to employ the Student as an intern and submit the working conditions to such authorities. EPFL issues a certificate stating that the internship is part of the Student’s curriculum, and that the Student is still registered as an EPFL student during the internship. The authorisation shall be granted if the working conditions are valid. The Student and the Host Company must wait for approval by the labour market authorities before starting the internship. - Students from EU or EFTA countries subscribing to the principle of mobility are authorised to perform an activity for the duration of the internship. Students must, however, be announced to the Residents' registration office (Contrôle des habitants) of the city where they live or of the canton where the internship will take place. The internship may begin as soon as the announcement is made. Students must announce any internship abroad to the EPFL Safety Domain through the website xxxxxxxx.xxxx.xx/xxxxxxx to benefit from the assistance programme. Students must complete the necessary administrative formalities (visa, work permit, vaccinations, etc.). Assistance is provided by the Host Company.

Party B should be responsible for timely handing over formalities.
Social Insurance. Party A and Party B shall purchase the social insurance and pay the premium due to each Party respectively, provided, however, the premium should be paid by Party B may be deducted by Party A from the salary due to Party B. Social Insurance. As soon as practicable following the Closing, each of the Domestic Company and Dian Guan shall pay, and thereafter continue to pay in full, any Social Insurance contribution owed or payable by any Domestic Company and Dian Guan in compliance with applicable Laws of the PRC.
Social Insurance. 1. Both parties shall pay the premiums of pension insurance, unemployment insurance, and contribute to medical pool for major diseases and other social insurance policies in accordance with regulations of national and local government at each level as applicable to social insurance. The part of premiums imposed on entities shall be paid by Party A and the other part imposed on individuals shall be paid by Party B but withheld by Party A. 2. In case Party B refuses to participate in social insurances for his or her own reasons, which brings negative effects on Party A, and after Party A urges Party B to run the formalities of social insurance within a specified time limit, Party B still refuses to follow, Party A may treat the case as major infraction and even terminate the labor contract.
Social Insurance both Parties shall participate in the social insurance in compliance with the applicable laws and regulation. For the part of the social insurance that should be paid by individual, Party A can withhold such payment from Party B’s salary. Upon termination of this employment agreement, Party A shall transfer Party B’s employee record and social insurance, provide necessary documents related to such termination of employment agreement in accordance with the applicable laws and regulation. Party B shall timely transfer work related materials as required.
