Social Media Platforms. From and after the Date of Termination, you agree to remove from your accounts on any social media platform or networking site (including, but not limited to, Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn) any statement or inference that you are currently employed by CommerceHub or any of the Company Entities.

From and after the Separation Date, you agree to remove from your accounts on any social media platform or networking site (including, but not limited to, Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn) any statement or inference that you are currently employed by Company or any of the Releasees.

We at CFI would like to bring to your attention that the products and services promoted on our channel and social media platforms are at the CFI group level, in all countries worldwide, and may vary based on your place of residence, jurisdiction of which the country you are residing in, and the location of our entity where your account is being opened. It’s imperative to note, and which is known by you, that due to regulatory requirements, local laws, or other factors, of such country, the services, the legal and regulatory procedures we otter may xxxxxx from country to country. As our esteemed client, you know with certainty that it’s your responsibility to ensure that the services you seek are available, legal, legitimate and permitted in your jurisdiction . We encourage you, inform you of the necessity to verify the legality and availability of specific services by reaching out to us directly .While we strive to provide consistent services across our entities, variations may occur to comply with local regulations. We want to ensure transparency and clarity in our dealings with you, and hence, we advise you to seek clarification if you have any concerns regarding service availability. Social Media Platforms. Licensee may use social and digital media outlets, such as (but not limited to) Facebook, X, TikTok, Snapchat, and Instagram (collectively, “Social Media Platforms”) in order to promote the Managed Assets and may establish its own presence on such Social Media Platforms for each of the Managed Assets; provided, however, that any such activities must comply with Licensor’s overall social media strategy and any guidelines communicated to Licensee by Licensor. For the sake of clarity, Licensee acknowledges that Licensor will manage the “Playboy” presence on all Social Media Platforms, and Licensee will have no right to use any Trademark of Licensor in connection with any Social Media Platform handle or username (other than related to the Managed Assets and the rights granted under Exhibit A) unless specifically agreed in advance in writing by Licensor. Licensee must cooperate with Licensor’s social media team as required and shall make any changes requested by Licensor in connection with Licensee's social media activities. All use by Licensee of any Social Media Platform related to any of the Managed Assets must be in full compliance with the rules and requirements of each applicable Social Media Platform. Licensee will immediately comply with any warning, take-down notice or other notice that it receives from any applicable Social Media Platform, as well as any notice received by Licensor from any such Social Media Platform with regard to Licensee’s actions or omissions thereon.

Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn are not responsible to Applicants in respect of any aspect of this agreement. By entering this agreement, you are providing information to Engenie and its third party associates contracted for the purpose of administering this agreement and not to Facebook, Twitter or LinkedIn.

The Client may specify which platforms Future Marketing Solu- tions’ services are restricted to, however, if the Client wants all platforms to be utilised, they must specify as much in the provid- ed form “EXIBIT B”.
