Social Worker. SSA employee assigned as the case-carrying social worker responsible for a Xxxxxx Youth's/NMD's placement and care.
Social Worker. For the purpose of payment of salary under Table 1, Rates of Pay, of Part B, a social worker shall be graded at 2nd year of the scale where the employee has obtained any of the following
(i) a degree in social work from a recognised university requiring at least four years full-time study; or
(ii) a degree in social work and diploma from a recognised university requiring at least four years full-time study; or
(iii) qualifications deemed equivalent by the employer.
Social Worker. To be eligible to be appointed to a social worker position, a person must--
(A) hold a master’s degree in social work from a college or university approved by the Secretary; and
(B) be licensed or certified to independently practice social work in a State, except that the Secretary may waive the requirement of licensure or certification for an individual social worker for a reasonable period of time recommended by the Under Secretary of Health.
Social Worker. The Committee agrees that when any member of the bargaining unit is required to earn educational credits as a condition of maintaining a license, said staff member shall receive one (1) in-service credit for every fifteen (15) contact hours of continuing education provided the Superintendent or his/her designee has been informed in writing of said continuing education before it begins.
Social Worker. The Social Worker four (4) percent Stipend requires the Social Worker to work 5-¾ extra days if necessary as follows:
Social Worker. The Social Worker shall be compensated at a one point zero five (1.05) ratio of the applicable step and rate of the Special Education Teacher Guide.

Social Worker. Must hold as a minimum a Bachelor degree in social work which provides eligibility for membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers, or other qualification deemed equivalent by Healthe Care.

He/she must be licensed to practice social work in the District of Columbia, and have a minimum of two years of experience in social work case management and direct service delivery.
