The Service Provider shall make its best effort in good faith to refrain from any act or omission that would be environmentally harmful during the performance of the Services, and ensure that any act, result or occurrence related to, arising out of or in connection with the Services, or this Contract, is not environmentally harmful. The Service Provider shall at all times be in compliance with all environmental, health and safety laws of relevant jurisdictions, and observe any applicable international environmental, health and safety conventions and agreements, in connection with or during the performance of the Services, or this Contract.
