Because the calculations performed by the Software partially depend for their accuracy on the Client's input, NCC is not responsible for the correctness, accuracy, reliability, currency or otherwise of the output of the Software resulting from Client’s input, and makes no warranty with respect thereto, ex. Client assumes all risk of using the output of the Service and Software in Client's business. NCC does not provide any warranty, either express or implied, including but not limited to any non-NCC software installed on Client's computer equipment, for the performance of Client’s selected Internet services, and for the performance of Client’s computer equipment or Client’s network system. The integration of the Software with any other application used by Client is dependent on many factors beyond the control of NCC, and the inability of the Software to integrate with such applications shall not be construed as a failure of the Software, or that the Software is defective. In the event any of NCC's owners, officers, employees or representatives have made oral statements about the Software and other services provided hereunder which conflict with any of the terms of the Client’s NCC Complete Credit agreement, the Software user instructions, the Software literature and bulletins, published user's requirements, published pricing or any advertising materials and publications, such statements shall not be deemed warranties, shall not be relied upon by Client and shall not be deemed part of this Agreement unless such statements are in a writing signed by a corporate officer of NC C . Within a reasonable time after the effective date, and prior to the online date, Client will provide NCC with applicable information required in the user set up packet which NCC reasonably requires to properly configure client's Software. Further, Your license to the RC Software will terminate immediately upon release (if any) of a generally available version of the RC software (the “Commercial Release”). If You have an active support and maintenance subscription to Telerik Kendo UI Professional, at the time Telerik releases a Commercial Release, You will be entitled to download and use such version of the RC software subject to any licensing terms that Telerik provides in connection with such Commercial Release. A Commercial Release (if any) and/or future updates to the RC software will be released/provided in Telerik’s sole discretion. Telerik is under no obligation to make any Commercial Release or provide any updates to/for the RC software.

Customer agrees that access to the Internet and Customer wide area network (“WAN”), if applicable, cannot be guaranteed and is outside the direct control of ServiceConnection and that Customer’s inability to access the Internet and/or Customer WAN, through no fault of ServiceConnection, shall in no event relieve Customer of its payment obligations hereunder.
