Software Improvements. HP hereby grants Caliper a royalty-free, non-exclusive license including the right of sublicense under HP Technology and any applicable copyright to reproduce, create derivative works, publicly distribute, publicly perform and publicly display any improvements to software originally created by Caliper (both source and [*] = CERTAIN CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THIS DOCUMENT, MARKED BY BRACKETS, HAS BEEN OMITTED AND FILED SEPARATELY WITH THE SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION PURSUANT TO RULE 406 OF THE SECURITIES ACT OF 1933, AS AMENDED.
Software Improvements. Bynder will make available to Customer new versions, releases, and updates to the Product to solve defects and/or errors, keep the Product up-to-date with market developments, or otherwise improve (the operation or functionality of) the Product. These improvements may include bug fixes. Bynder will only support the most recent version of the Product. New versions, releases, or updates will contain at least the level of functionality as set out in this SLA and as contained in the version or release of the Product previously used by Customer, and will not otherwise negatively impact Customer’s use of the Product. Bynder shall make reasonable efforts to ensure that when performing such actions, the impact on Customer and its User(s) is limited.
Software Improvements. Mobile22 will make available to Subscriber new versions, releases, and updates to the Platform to solve defects and/or errors, keep the Platform up-to-date with market developments, or otherwise improve (the operation or functionality of) the Platform. These improvements may include bug fixes. Mobile22 will only support the most recent version of the Platform. New versions, releases, or updates will contain at least the level of functionality as set out in this SLA and as contained in the version or release of the Platform previously used by Subscriber, and will not otherwise negatively impact Subscriber’s use of the Platform. Mobile22 shall make reasonable efforts to ensure that when performing such actions, the impact on Subscriber and its User(s) is limited.
Software Improvements. Instructional Design Genius will make available to Customer new versions, releases, and updates to the Product to solve defectsand/or errors, keep the Product up-to-date with market developments, or otherwise improve (the operation or functionality of) the Product. These improvements may include bug fixes. Instructional Design Genius will onlysupport the most recent version of the Product.
Software Improvements. 6.1. Each update, upgrade, Error correction and other item resulting from the Software Maintenance and Support (“Software Improvement”) related to any specific Software provided to the Licensee by “ID” shall be deemed to become and constitute a part of that same Software along with any related material licensed under this or any prior Agreement. Upgrades, enhancements or new releases to the Software, which are separately priced by ID, will be made available to Licensee under ID’s then- current licensing terms and applicable fees and in accordance with ID’s upgrade policies then in effect.
Software Improvements. The Company may provide, at the Company’s discretion, further releases relating to the Software, including service pack updates. Any such releases, when delivered, shall become part of the Software and shall be maintained in accordance with this Service Contract.
Software Improvements. 10.1 Beekeeper will make available to Customer new versions, releases, and updates to the Software to solve defects and/or errors, keep the Software up-to-date with market developments, or otherwise improve (the operation or functionality of) the Software (collectively, “Upgrades”). These Upgrades may include bug fixes or may patch vulnerabilities.
10.2 Beekeeper will only provide support under this SLA for the most recent version of the Software.
Software Improvements. Regular maintenance of the Software to improve existing functionality and, when appropriate, take the Village’s requests into consideration.

Each update, upgrade, error correction or other item (Software Improvement) related to any specific Software provided to the Licensee by GIGAmacro shall be deemed to become and constitute a part of that same System along with any related material licensed under this and any prior Agreement. Upgrades, enhancements or new releases to the Software, which are separately priced by GIGAmacro, will be made available to Licensee under GIGAmacro’s then- current licensing terms and applicable fees (if any) in accordance with GIGAmacro’s upgrade policies then in effect. Use of all Software Improvements is strictly limited to the rights granted to Licensee pursuant to the original License Agreement for the applicable System. In addition, all Software Improvements and other information, including oral or written identification of, or information regarding, any problems or defects in the System, are confidential and proprietary to GIGAmacro. Licensee acknowledges and agrees that the Software Improvements and such other information are to be held in confidence and are subject to the confidentiality and nondisclosure and other provisions of the Agreement that pertain to the protection of GIGAmacro’s proprietary information and intellectual property rights. GIGAmacro will support older versions the System during 2 years after the official release date or 6 months after termination notification. Licensee accepts all of the following obligations as a condition to receiving the Software Maintenance and Support provided by GIGAmacro: Licensee will have a named point of contact (Technical Contact), identified in Attachment B who shall be the single conduit for managing the day to day operation of this Agreement. Licensee will have all information and materials relating to the System available when contacting GIGAmacro regarding System problems. Licensee will also provide GIGAmacro with supporting documentation and written descriptions of a given problem when requested by GIGAmacro and furthermore provide GIGAmacro with a Test case of the System problem. Technical contact must have English language communication skills and the relevant technical knowledge necessary to assist GIGAmacro in performing the services contemplated under this Agreement.

Xxx.xx will make available to customers new versions, releases, and updates to Xxx.xx products and services to resolve defects and/or errors, keep the products and services up to date with industry-standard developments, or otherwise improve (the operation or functionality of) Xxx.xx systems. These improvements may include bug fixes. Xxx.xx will only support the most recent version of Xxx.xx products and services and only will support compatibility with current releases of web-browsers, operating systems, and other third-party platforms needed to access Xxx.xx products, services, and systems.
