Software Installation and Use. For each license You acquire, You may have only one copy of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT installed on the HARDWARE.
Software Installation and Use. The company hereby grants you a single, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use one copy of the “Software Product” in accordance with the terms and conditions of the LA. Any rights not expressly granted are reserved. This license authorizes you to install and use a single copy of the “Software Product” on a single domain name or IP address. If you install additional copies, even if such additional copies are located on the same domain and/or the same IP, such usage is prohibited unless additional licenses are purchased. If you use new domain for new language and site remains the same, than you do not have to purchase additional licenses.

(a) Symantec hereby grants You a nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use the Software and access the Service solely in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. You may install the Software on the number of computers that are specified within the documentation or the applicable transaction documentation from the authorized distributor or reseller from which You obtained the Service, You may use the Software in accordance with such specifications, each of which will be referred to as a licensed computer.
(b) You must agree to provide Symantec with accurate and truthful registration information, including, but not limited to, Your name, address, telephone number, and email address to keep Your registration information current during the Service Period as defined below.
(c) Symantec may at any time without notice or liability restrict the use of the Software and Service or limit its availability in order to perform maintenance activities.
Software Installation and Use. Licensee may install one copy of the Server Software on a single computer (the computer running the Server Software shall be referred to as the "Server"). Licensee may install the Client Software on any one or more computers or workstations connected to the Server. Licensee may install the Server Software and the Connector Software for use with only one microprocessor architecture (e.g., the X86 architecture or various RISC architectures) at any given time. Licensee is only licensed to use the Software compatible with the version of Windows NT Server installed on the Server during the installation of the Software. o For File & Print Services for NetWare. If Licensee has already acquired a Client Access License for Windows NT Server to access or otherwise utilize the basic services of the Server, that Client Access License gives Licensee the right to access and utilize the Server Software. If not, Licensee needs a separate Client Access License for Windows NT Server for each computer or workstation that will be accessing or otherwise utilizing the services of the Server. Refer to the Server License for Microsoft Windows NT Server for more information. o For Directory Service Manager for NetWare. Licensee does not need a separate Client Access License for Windows NT Server to access or otherwise utilize the Server Software.

(c) To the extent permissible under applicable law, Secured2 may at any time without notice or liability, limit availability to the Service in order to perform maintenance activities.

a. This agreement is a nonexclusive and nontransferable license entitling you to install one copy of the Software on up to three personal computers in the same location, each of which will be referred to as a licensed computer, and to use the Software on such licensed computers until this license is terminated. Only one user may use the Software at a time on each licensed computer.
b. You agree and understand that the Software requires a yearly renewal in order for you to continue using it. Should you choose not to renew your subscription to the Software, your account may be deactivated at the end of the current subscription term for which you have paid, at which time the Software will cease to function and your license to use the software as described in this agreement will terminate.
c. You must agree to provide InternetSafety with accurate and truthful registration information, including, but not limited to, your name, address, telephone number and credit card or billing information, and to keep your registration information current during the term of this agreement.
d. The Software may include more than one version, including versions designed to operate on different operating systems.
e. You may uninstall the Software from one personal computer and install it on another personal computer, but you may not do so as a means of installing the Software on more than three personal computers.

Software Installation and Use. You may use the Software Product for a period of up to Ten (10) days from installation without purchasing a license. After such period, you may not use the Software Product without payment of the then current license fee for the Software Product set forth at " xxx.XxxXXxxxxxx.xxx " (the "License Fee"). Upon payment of the License Fee, you shall have a non-exclusive license to use the Software Product on the Computer, and if sold per exchange server organization (O) and organizational Unit (OU) combination, for all users connected to that exchange server's named Organizational Unit. The Software Product is licensed, not sold. These software end user license agreements DO NOT cover the use of the software as used for the basis of a regional, national or international information subscription service. Licensing for use of the software as an information subscription service to consumers who subscribe to the service is negotiated on a case-by-case basis under a separate licensing agreement.
