Software License Terms on Client Cloud. i. If designated in an applicable Schedule, Pegasystems will grant Client a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to install the Software in a Client Cloud in accordance with the Documentation to develop, test and/or deploy Client Applications within the Scope of Use. Software licensed for use in a Client Cloud will not include the Subscription Services.
