Common use of Sole and Exclusive Bargaining Agent Clause in Contracts

Sole and Exclusive Bargaining Agent. The County recognizes the Association as the sole and exclusive bargaining agent for the purpose of "employment relations" for all budgeted full-time employees in the Xxxxxxxxx County Sheriff’s Office and for all regular part-time employees who work at least sixteen (16) hours per week (.4 FTE) for more than four (4) consecutive months in a twelve (12) month period of time. Employees working less than these work hour levels shall be excluded.
