Sole and Exclusive Bargaining Agent. The County recognizes the Association as the sole and exclusive bargaining agent for the purpose of "employment relations" for all budgeted full-time employees in the Josephine County Sheriff’s Office and for all regular part-time employees who work at least sixteen (16) hours per week (.4 FTE) for more than four (4) consecutive months in a twelve (12) month period of time. Employees working less than these work hour levels shall be excluded.
