SOLICITING DEALER AGREEMENTS. All engagements of the Soliciting Dealers will be evidenced by a Soliciting Dealer Agreement.

SOLICITING DEALER AGREEMENTS. All engagements of the Soliciting Dealers will be evidenced by a Soliciting Dealer Agreement, except when the Dealer Manager obtains the prior written consent of the Company.
