Source Information. Preparation of the Legacy JV Truck Gross Margin Profit and Loss Statement requires the following source information from internal Navistar systems: • A consolidating gross margin profit and loss statement by model from VC GAAP for the Global Operations business. • Sales and units by country and by model from the GPA reports.
Source Information. JV Truck engineering costs by project and by vehicle center information are derived as set forth in Appendix III. Legacy JV Truck SG&A Expenses are equal to the sum of all pro-forma SG&A expenses allocated to each of the Legacy Countries, as outlined under “Calculation of SG&A Expense” below. • Calculation of Legacy JV Truck SG&A Expenses. • SG&A information is reviewed by the Global Operations Finance team in order to identify pro-forma adjustments, if any, that need to be made to the reported SG&A expenses to reflect a normalized level of SG&A expenses for the JV business. In order to address certain miscategorized items and historical anomalies in connection with historical calculation of the Baseline Profit Amount, the following pro-forma adjustments to SG&A expense have been agreed upon by the Members:
Source Information. List each product included in manual, identified by product name and arranged to match manual's table of contents. For each product, list name, address, and telephone number of Installer or supplier and maintenance service agent, and cross-reference Specification Section number and title in Project Manual and drawing or schedule designation or identifier where applicable.
Source Information. The following source information is required (see Appendix V): • Non-Core JV Truck Replacement Part sales and standard gross margin by country; • Warranty transactions by country; • Core xxxx-up transactions by country; • Global Operations SG&A specifically identifiable expenses; • Export Truck Parts Order Processing and Expediting SG&A (sub-ledger EK 516 SGA); and • Pension, OPEB and Healthcare costs relating to all employees related to the Global Operations truck business and the Export Truck Parts Order Processing and Expediting business, less the direct benefit charge for foreign-based Export sales staff. Legacy Countries. • See Appendix V and Appendix VI for current lists of Legacy Countries with respect to the JV Truck and JV Truck Replacement Parts businesses, respectively, excluding military and government sales and loose engine sales (including those to Xxxxxxx).
Source Information. The source material that we gathered has come largely from Scotlands People (births, marriages & deaths), but also census records and local gravestones. The family tree on the next page was drawn from these sources, but we could find no parents of Xxxxxxx XxXxxx who married Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx.
Source Information. Donated by Xxx Xxxxx, Xx. Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxxxxxxx, Xx. Xxxxxxxxxx, Xxxxx/Xxxxx, 0000.
Source Information. List each product, identified by product name. For each product, list name, address, and telephone number of installer or supplier and maintenance service agent, and cross-reference specification section number and title.
Source Information. Each OASIS Template shall identify the source of its information by including or linking to the name of the Primary Provider, the Secondary Provider, or the Customer who provided the information.
Source Information. Important products from the modeling studies include not only the models but also the source information used to develop the models. These source data have potential use beyond the initial groundwater availability models for groundwater conservation districts, regional water planning groups, groundwater management areas, TWDB, and other users to support ongoing management issues and research. Therefore, we expect to receive all source data used in the development of the model with sufficient metadata to decipher parameters and units reported. For example, we expect to receive all point data used to develop spatially distributed parameters. If map information was digitized from an existing scanned or paper document, we expect to receive the final geographic information system files of the digitized map(s) with metadata documentation citing the source of the digitized maps. If information from geologic cross-sections within a published document is used, we expect a scanned image file or digitized vector file of the cross-section(s) with metadata documentation of their original source. The source data also allows alternative interpretations of parameter distributions to be investigated in future studies. Source data refer to the tabular, point, line, polygon, and/or raster information developed or used to create model input files. All the source data shall be delivered to the TWDB in the appropriate format (see Sections 4.1, 4.4, and Attachment 1). Spatial information shall be projected into the groundwater availability modeling coordinate system with units of measure in feet prior to and during any spatial analysis (see Attachment 1). Examples of source data for the study area include: Properly projected geographic information system feature datasets of the boundary of the study area including major towns and cities, county boundaries, major rivers and streams, major reservoirs, major roadways, regional water planning group boundaries, groundwater management area boundaries, groundwater district’s boundaries, physiographic delineations, river basins, and active model boundaries; Geographic information system raster and/or feature datasets of the topographic elevations in the study area (digital elevation model source data and the contours in units of feet relative to mean sea level); Tabular data and geographic information system raster and/or feature datasets of average annual precipitation (including gage locations and associated time-series data and...
