Common use of Span of Hours Clause in Contracts

Span of Hours. a) Due to the nature of the business the hours will be worked between the following spread of hours: 8.00am and 2.00am Monday to Sunday (including public holidays) b) The span of hours may be extended on occasions by agreement between employer and an employee to cater for the operational needs of the business.
