Spanish Translations Sample Clauses

Spanish Translations. If required by either the Party, the Parties agree that this Agreement and any document delivered pursuant to this Agreement, if applicable, shall be translated into the Spanish language and each Party hereby agrees to execute such Spanish version. The cost of the translation service shall be split equally by the parties. In the event of any discrepancy between the Spanish version and the English version of this Agreement, the English version shall prevail.

Spanish Translations. The Grantors (except AMC) agree to obtain, at their own expense, Spanish translations of the Common Agreement, the Restructured Trust Indenture, the Bank Holders Restructured Loan Agreement, the Affiliate Guaranty, the Intercompany Payable and the Yankee Notes Indenture prepared by a court-approved translator and to the satisfaction of counsel to the Bank Holders and for the SEN Trust and the SEN Holders, and to deliver such translations to the Trustee and the Shared Payment and Collateral Agent within the 90 (ninety) calendar days immediately following the date of this Agreement. If the Grantors fail to obtain and deliver such translations as set forth above, the Shared Payment and Collateral Agent will be entitled to do so at the Grantors’ expense and the translations so obtained will be binding on the Grantors.

  • Translations In the event of any discrepancy, misstatement, omission or error appearing in the various translations on the particulars and condition herein, the English version shall prevail.

The Administrative Agent shall determine the US Dollar Equivalent of any Letter of Credit denominated in a currency other than US Dollars as of the date such Letter of Credit is issued, amended to increase its face amount, extended or renewed and as of the last Business Day of each subsequent calendar quarter, in each case using the Exchange Rate for such currency in relation to US Dollars in effect on the date that is three Business Days prior to the date on which such Letter of Credit is issued, amended to increase its face amount, extended or renewed and as of the last Business Day of such subsequent calendar quarter, as the case may be, and each such amount shall, except as provided in the last two sentences of this Section, be the US Dollar Equivalent of such Letter of Credit until the next required calculation thereof pursuant to this sentence. The Administrative Agent shall notify the Company and the Lenders of each calculation of the US Dollar Equivalent of each Borrowing or Letter of Credit. Notwithstanding the foregoing, for purposes of any determination under Article V, Article VI (other than Sections 6.08 and 6.09) or Section 7.01 or any determination under any other provision of this Agreement expressly requiring the use of a current exchange rate, all amounts incurred, outstanding or proposed to be incurred or outstanding in currencies other than US Dollars shall be translated into US Dollars at currency exchange rates in effect on the date of such determination. For purposes of Section 6.08 and 6.09, amounts in currencies other than US Dollars shall be translated into US Dollars at the currency exchange rates used in preparing the Company’s annual and quarterly financial statements.

  • Translator This designation requires successful completion of an assessment (by Red Cross regulated standards). (i) Employees performing in the Translator function will be compensated at the rate of an additional $1.25/hr., and will be compensated at a half day minimum, for example, 1 - 4 hours will receive 4 hours; and, greater than 4 hours (for an 8-hour work day), the premium will apply to all hours an employee works on that day.
