Spay/Neuter Agreement. If you require the buyer to spay or neuter the puppy, include a separate agreement outlining the terms of this requirement. This may include the timeline for the procedure, verification methods, and any consequences for non-compliance.
Spay/Neuter Agreement. This puppy is being sold as a pet and companion and not for breeding purposes. The BUYER agrees to spay/neuter their puppy no later than 12 months of age and no earlier than 6 months of age. BUYER to provide written notice of this to the BREEDER. The BUYER also affirms that their purchase is for a “pet home” only and not for breeding purposes. If the purchased puppy is used to produce a litter, the BREEDER will be entitled to be compensated for breach of contract. The BUYER then agrees to pay the BREEDER an additional $3000 above the purchase price. The general health guarantee as well as the genetic guarantee becomes void if the spay/neuter contract is violated.
