SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING. Members in Oshawa shall be provided the appropriate travel time to attend the above meetings, and will provide notice to their supervisor five (5) days in advance of the meeting. The Union agrees to provide at least ten (10) working days’ notice to the University of the date of the Annual General Membership Meeting, and as much notice as possible with respect to Ratification and Special General Meetings.
